Accepted Payment Methods
We currently support PayPal for order payments. PayPal enables customers to pay with linked bank accounts, credit/debit cards, or PayPal balances and includes buyer-protection features offered by PayPal.

Payment Timing

Installments and Pre-Authorizations
WOLFRIKENICE does not currently offer installment plans. Some banks or payment providers may place a temporary pre-authorization hold on funds; these holds are released automatically according to the bank’s policy once the transaction is finalized or cancelled.
Refunds and Payment Reversals
If an order is cancelled or a return is approved according to our returns policy, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times vary by provider and bank but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. We will notify you once a refund has been processed.
Payment Limits
Any minimum or maximum amounts applicable to a payment method will be shown during checkout. Please review the checkout page for any limits that apply to your order.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring sufficient funds or credit at the time of payment. WOLFRIKENICE is not liable for payment failures resulting from incorrect details, bank restrictions, or declined authorizations.
Recurring or Multiple Orders
If you place multiple orders or use PayPal features that enable recurring payments, manage those settings directly within your PayPal account. WOLFRIKENICE will handle order processing in accordance with the payment confirmations we receive.

After successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation that serves as your receipt. This email will include order details such as items purchased, total amount paid, order number, and estimated delivery time. We recommend keeping this confirmation for your records.
